Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing or using the Placem8 App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or applicable to specific sections of the App. Your continued use signifies your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Placem8, you must be at least 13 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may require users to verify their age and reserve the right to suspend accounts where underage use is suspected.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features of the App. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Types

• Your Content: Includes any playlists, comments, or other content you create or upload to the App.
• Member Content: Includes content created or shared by other users of the App.
• Our Content: Includes all materials, trademarks, and information provided by Placemate and its affiliates.

5. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the App for illegal purposes or activities.
• You will not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• You will not post or share offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• You will not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App's operation.

6. Privacy

Your use of Placem8 is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and handling of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Placemate, including logos, trademarks, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or other applicable policies.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
